SAV Iron Mountain 8066 is a premier calving-ease bull with exceptional phenotype – abounding with the thickness, muscling, stoutness of rump and body volume that you rarely find in a true low birth weight bull. He was selected by Peak Dot Ranch as a $75,000 top-selling bull in the 2009 SAV Sale and has continued to gain momentum with added owners of KiamichiLink and Eby Ranch. The phenomenal dam to Iron Mountain is the third lowest Birth EPD cow in the SAV herd and earned a birth ratio of 91 on 5 calves. Her Right Time dam is the record-selling cow in SAV history, produced from four consecutive generations of Pathfinder® dams from the Madame Pride family, descending from the first cow in the Schaff program to be enrolled in embryo transplant. Iron Mountain is the hottest young bull in the Angus breed and will be used heavily in the SAV breeding program and throughout the industry.
